"Wow, another quote. I just keep racking them up, don't I?"
Kim-chan

Biku, you're the only person I know who could take over the MK movie and end up in Narnia.
--On the MK Parody Vic'n'Linda's MK Adventure

The Goddess of Subplots shows her true power: turning cardboard into angsty guardians of time.

Lui Knag? Uh oh. She's just broken a cardinal rule of MK--no silly misspellings unless for comical reasons.

It's tempting to just write 'Cosmos blew up the Omniverse, with a few bunnies as the only survivors'. That would be a weird ending. (Not like you wouldn't see it coming, those bunnies are always plotting.)

Yeah, they might as well had Kano say 'Gee golly Batman, what are we going to do about Scorpion?'

So is that what you do to prove people wrong about your characters, Biku? Write tons and tons of backstory? Remind me to say only good things about characters so you don't exhaust yourself.

Besides that, she saved us from an MK drought, which could've killed off this year's crops of subplots. Fortunately, we averted disaster.
--On Johinsa's timely arrival of Career Move

That's a good idea. Make an independent film out of Dea. Then nobody will mind if it's complicated, because hey, it's independent, which equals intelligent a lot of the time.

Well, if they signed up voluntarily or were signed up and never complained, then it's their own fault. I wouldn't worry about them, they're always complaining about something anyway.

HIGH-ko? Understandable mistake, I guess. Somebody wasn't looking at the Celestial Index...

But I enjoy being demented, funny, and MK obsessed, somehow it all just goes together.

You mean, you might get Bento to stop rambling so much? Is it really safe to toy around with nature that much? Hasn't Frankenstein taught us anything?

Wow, Johinsa picked a good education over MK fanfics? Gosh, somebody's been messing with her head, other than us, of course.

Yes, apparently McGill has mastered the technique of influencing others to give up logical things, like MK, for education.

It's so great having a project. I mean, we were aimless for a while, now we're slightly less aimless!

I'm not sure what I did to Rayden-sama. Maybe because I was entertained by your tales that involved torturing his family. Have you ever sat back and tried to count out how many times you've done that? I tried and got a headache.

Is that one reason your stories (at least the guardian chronicles) have so much angst, misplaced school spirit? You could be rechanneling your spirit into your stories and not know it.

Well, I was distracted somewhat by the mistakes, but considering that she was writing off of YOUR twisty-plotty fics, I'm amazed she didn't die by aneuryism.

Yeah, school, social life, TV, it all pales in comparison to this work. Except for sleep, you'll never get my sleep!!

I finally reached a milestone in my Omniversal fanfiction writing. I think you'll be proud of this review that I got for my Nemuri story: 'This made no sense to me at all.'

I guess 'Anonymous' figured I was writing the traditional Mortal Kombat story (fight scenes + a little insignificant plot = DEATHMATCH EXTRAVAGANZA!!!).

Well dang, Bento doesn't know any kung-fu? No wonder she doesn't write MK! (of course I don't know any either, but that's beside the point.)

Something more confusing than subplots? We truely have reached a brave new era. But I think I've seen second generation fics before, I just never bothered to read them. Who wants to go through all that backstory?

I've been trying to think of things to write, but so far none of the deities have blessed me with ideas on how to torment them, so I'm stuck.

Yeah, sometimes I'll be looking through a foreign language dictionary and I'll see one of the deities' names in there. And then another piece of the Omniversal puzzle falls into place.

I just liked it because the only time you ever see Rayden, he's always talking about the tournament and destiny. Then you see this guy sitting around dressed as a thunder god reading a script with a monk. Personally, I think it's much closer to "our" Rayden.

Yeah, now anytime I read those stories at the other Kim's website, I laugh, especially the parts about her powers and of course the romance. Mary-Sue all the way. I've probably written Mary-Sues, but my room is so messy, I can't find them anymore. No huge loss.
